The Hot Debrief Podcast is purpose built to tell the stories of our amazing first responders in Australia. Intentionally built around the 'hot debrief' format adopted by many agencies to quickly review the 'what worked well, what went wrong and what could we do differently?' approach to learn from their operations, the Hot Debrief Podcast lets guests tell their stories in the same way. There are so many amazing stories that are untold. So many lessons that can be shared. So much validation to be taken from others shared experiences. 'One Step Closer' Documentary
A current major project underway is the 'One Step Closer' documentary - a story captured living on the road with a group of current and former first responder for 3 months on a 2670km walk from the Centre of Australia to Canberra completing the Heart 2 Heart Walk during 2023. This epic adventure was centred around raising awareness and driving positive change in the mental health support for first responders across the country.
